I am so relieved!!! Yesterday I saw that I had a touch, but there was no e mail, so I assumed it was a touch. This morning when I went to work, I checked my e mail, and there it was!!! :dance::dance: An e mail stating that we were approved on May 23rd. I am so happy!!!! I hope all of the rest of the VJ filers,can get their approvals soon. :thumbs:

I could not have done it without the support of the members on this site. Just being able to read, how others coped with the waiting helped me. :)

MARCH 7, 2007 - SENT I-129F TO CSC

MARCH 13, 2007- NOA1

MARCH 19, 2007- REC'D BY SNAIL MAIL

May 23, 2007- APPROVED!

May 24, 2007- Rec'd e mail stating I was approved on the 23rd!!!!

May 29, 2007- Arrives at NVC

May 30, 2007- Called NVC and received MNL#

May 31, 2007- Left NVC headed to MANILA

June 4, 2007- Petition Arrives at USE Manila

June 12, 2007- Packet Mailed from Manila

June 25, 2007- Rec'd Packet

July 27, 2007- Medical appointment Aug. 3, 2007- August 3rd Interview, APPROVED!!! 149 days from filing!!!

Sept. 7,2007- Mary will be landing in LAX

01/02/2008: Received I-131 NOA1 in mail
01/10/2008: Bio Appointment @ Jackson, MS
03/18/2008: Green Card Production Ordered
03/22/2008: Approval Notice Sent (CRIS email on 03/24/08)
03/24/2008: Received Welcome Letter and Green Card in mail.

11/13/2009: Our daughter, Isobela was born!
11/19/2009: Received notice from USCIS to remove conditions
12/15/2009: Sent I-751 to VSC
12/22/2009: NOA1
01/20/2010: Bio Appointment @ Jackson, MS
03/18/2010: Card Production Ordered!
03/25/2010: Received Green card in mail.

03/21/2012: Sent N-400 to Tx lockbox

- January 30, 2007 - NOA1 sent!

- February 1, 2007 - Touched!

- February 2, 2007 - Cheque cashed by CSC!

- February 5, 2007 - Tommy received NOA1 (Hard copy!) Yay!

- April 5, 2007 - Tommy is coming to me for 12 days yay!! :)

- Impatiently waiting!

- April 27, 2007 - NOA2!! :)

- April 28, 2007 - Touched, oh my!

- May 11, 2007 - NVC receives our stuffs :)

- May 15, 2007 - NVC Sends our stuffs to London, yay! :)

- August 16, 2007 - Interview at 10AM :)

- March 19, 2008 - Court allows permission to take my daughter to live in the US! :)

- March 31, 2008 - Sent Passports and documents to the Embassy. Waiting for Visas...

- April 10, 2008 - Visas in hand!!! Omgosh!!

- June 23, 2008 - Going home to my man, finally :) POE (ATL)

- 08-08-08 - Wedding :)

- 08-21-10 - 2 year Green Card received! :)

10/23/2007--7 months and 2 weeks of A/P and still waiting..........God help me!

4/22/2008---2nd Interview ( keep us in your prayers)

4/22/2008--He was approved for the Visa 2-3 weeks until he recieves it in the mail lets hope so!!

Congratulations on your approval! I know the relief you got when you saw the email! I am with you all the way! This group is a big help with the stress of the process we are going through.

You are living your dream, as I am too. Not many people can say that they are living their dreams. We are a special group of people that must demonstrate that it can be done to find true happiness. Hummmm.... Just ask me!!! I am living a dream that has been stirring inside me for over 20 years.
