For people filing based on marriage it's under documents referring to you and your spouse, not required (since there's other stuff that can be sent), but it is one of the types of evidence to use towards demonstrating a bona fide marriage.

You shouldn't get a RFE since you're filing your N400 before the tax deadline so you aren't expected to have filed them yet, but like @cyclone27 said I'd definitely bring them to the interview.

03/15/2019: Had to file I90 since no card was sent

Just came back from my ASC. Walked in (2,5 weeks earlier) for my biometrics. No issues. And my case completion time got updated to 12 months instead of 14.
