Congratulations to LTSC and Hector2323. I'm waiting for my oath ceremony to be schedule as well. Hector did your online profile changed already or still in interview was scheduled?.

It still shows interview scheduled but officer said around 3 weeks for interview so just waiting now

That's exactly what the officer told me as well around 2 or 3 weeks for my Oath. Let's sit tight and wait 😊. At least we almost done with USCIS.

You guys are also in Houston? When was your interview? My status online already changed to "we approved your application".

Screenshot_20191123-170901_Chrome.jpgNo, I'm in Phoenix az, and my interview was Nov 20th. And my online status don't change yet. I got recommended for approval on spot and IO told in 2 or 3 weeks I should receive my oath ceremony letter. I'm.just waiting now .

I'm in Dallas but man I just want to get over this now so frustrating first waiting for interview now more waiting for oath 😥😫😫😓😓😓😓

My wife had her interview today and was recommended for approval! The online status says she's in line for her oath ceremony. The end is in sight at last!

K1 and AOS:

22 May, 2015: Got married!

 

AOS:

15 June, 2015: Sent AOS, EAD, and AP

23 June, 2015: Received NOA1 for AOS, EAD, and AP

17 July, 2015: AOS biometrics appointment

28 August, 2015: Received EAD and AP

11 March, 2016: Received interview letter for AOS interview

7 April, 2016: AOS interview. Recommended for approval

Ceremony scheduled for Dec 11 !!! 

 

But now I have a problem, the officer that day insisted that my middle name was my maiden middle name (even though my DL and Green card had my maiden last name as my middle name). I told her she was wrong and she insisted she was right so I let her proceed. And we did a name change to what it was supposed to be the right name.

 

Well now my letter shows up with that name she said I had (but didn't) and i don't know what to do because my ssn, my DL, bank accounts averything is different. I am so mad she did that!

 

 

How can I change it at this point? 

Or technically the day of the ceremony my certificate will have the "new name"?
