B2 visa OAS - form I-130

Hi I´m a little confused about something. I´m in B2 visitor visa, I´m currently in USA, and I´m doing the AOS with I-485 form, do I need to do I-130 form? and if that´s the case, do I need to pay for both forms? I appreciate your help.

On what basis are you adjusting status?  Did you marry a US citizen while you were on B2 visa?

Yes! I came here and we met each other and decided to get married, I´m with b2 visitors visa and he´s a us citizen.

Then you do have to file I-130 and I-485. You have to pay all the fees. Not sure if you should file I-765 and I-131 in your situation, but you could find that online or someone else on here will know.
