There is no limit of how many documents you can upload, to my knowledge. I uploaded every single bank statement for my ROC, so for the N-400 I only uploaded every third statement (as USCIS already have all of them anyway) apart from the time in between filing the ROC and the N-400, of those I uploaded every single one.

Cover letters are never a requirement for any petition, so no you don't need one. I use cover letters for paper filings, for the online N-400 I didn't use one.

U mean u did use it for I-751 but not for n400?

I had cover letters for the i-129f, i-485, i-765, i-131 and i-751 because they were all filed via mail.

MSC, march 2019 :( it was fast when i had my NOA and biometrics, but after that there was no progress at all :(

No update for me yet. ROC March 2019 too. Filed N 400 in March 2020. Case was transferred to Potomac Service Center in Jan 2020. Hopefully we get some updates soon- been 15 months already!

I hear you. 15 months for me as well. I got Rfe. Now it's been 2 weeks since my status changed on Case is ready to be scheduled for interview. So waiting game continues. I feel like everything I do since my visa to USA is waiting ...LOL

Not at all. I forgot to send them certified divorce decree. Just in case I sent more evidence of bone fida(don't know how to spell) marriage
