Hi everyone. I got status changed last night "case us ready to be scheduled for interview" 

So my timeline looks like this now

Docs sent 6 of March 2019

Extension letter received 11 of March 2019

Fingerprints done I think September 

26 of March status changed request for RFE

Sent everything I got on April 14

Status changed they received my docs on 16 of April.

And, finally "your case is ready for interview" on May 27

Now I'm just praying it wouldn't get stuck for months. 

I'm removing conditions with divorce waiver

Hello fellow March 2019 ROC filers!  

 

Assuming this is my last post to this group... ROC case, filed March, 2019/approved May 22, 2020.

 

App status changed May 29 PM to "Card Was Delivered To Me By The Post Office"...and indeed it was! Arrived by USPS Priority Mail @ 2:30 PM.  

 

Mailed K-1 visa application on April 13, 2016...4+ years later, permanent green card in hand. Its been a long road full of anxiety, confusion, hard work, and frustration! But we're so very happy to be where we are today! Just a bit farther to go...N-400 filed in March. Just waiting now for biometrics appt to be re-scheduled, then interview,    citizenship test, and oath; USCIS online acct shows estimated case completion time August 2020. We'll see...

I never received my noticed and it said to notify USCIS by 05/30/20 which I did today as I checked my informed delivery today and it still wasn’t there. I then submitted one of those request for a copy....June 21! Wow that’s crazy...going to call them Monday.

Good luck to you, hope they going to answer your phone call, considering they are open them offices. 

They could send it to your old address. Is there any way to check it?

I called and got a hold of someone. They said my address change took effect in April and the notice was mailed out in May it should have been mailed to the new address. They said they can’t see the letter and to follow up with my post office, I told him I have informed delivery and never got it. He said well we don’t track federal mail and to follow up with my post office. He wouldn’t tell me what the letter was requesting and that I would hear something by June 14/15 in regards to the request I submitted. Wow a month just to find out what is being requested...I shouldn’t be shocked with uscis. 
I spoke to a tier 1 then tier 2 representative...they really only told me what I can see online so they weren’t helpful at all.

Sorry to hear that. We also had a notice returned to us in January 10th after we moved and are still working on getting it sent to us.

We inquired immediately after the status update and they finally sent a correspondence via email (and updates on the old website) on the 27th of January.

Months pass into April with no sign of the letter. So we open another inquiry which resulted in an email saying no correspondence has been sent in the last 60 days. Well, of course, it would have been sent in late December.

Two weeks ago we opened another inquiry and today they assigned it to an officer. Just sharing our experience with this frustrating process! (We are SRC May 2019 filers)

Wow sorry for your trouble that’s crazy also thank you for letting me know. I called the post office and told them I missing mail they said they will look into it and call me back, I also reached out to my former leasing office and asked if they can find out if the current tenants received any mail for me. I do have mail forwarding and my address was changed with USCIS but just in case. Honestly I feel the letter wasn’t mailed out. I’m thinking to call back and see if I can find out and confirm what address the letter was mail out to....maybe ask for a supervisor.

Sounds like a plan. It could be just me, but things seem very off kilter with USCIS right now (understandably).

Just received a status change stating that our cases had been sent to our local office. Does this mean it will be scheduled for an interview? Had some friends get there cards without getting a notice of being sent to the local office. Not sure what it means.

I hope so. Some movement is better than nothing.

Maybe they just trying to fix the backlog this way, since they didn't normally work for so long
