You may want to correct your profile info as you are not removing conditions.  This thread is for those who filed for ROC in March.  It seems you filed the spousal visa not ROC.

The person is removing conditions. They filed for spousal visa earlier and was approved in 2017. So makes sense to file for ROC in 2019.

Yes but they did not do the k1 but the cr1 and for all those it is way faster than the ones who got married with a k1 visa so it is not surprising that they got approved so quickly.

Not true that it's faster for all of them. Most (if not all) of them will receive an interview, meaning their cases are going to NBC first, and then sent to their local field office. How long they have to wait for an interview is completely based on the processing times of their local field office. That means some will get an interview within a few months, while others have to wait for well over a year, in some cases even longer than that. So no, far from everyone who came here on a CR-1 will be processed faster than the rest of us.

I see a lot of the MSC filers who are getting responses are CR1 category of GC, and others on CR-6, what is the difference and do they have different I-751 timelines?

Not certain but I think CR1 = consular processing and entering USA; CR6 = AOS from another status within the country.

Initial interview because it's your first interview for the i-751. Some get called for a second interview.

Yes the absolute majority who get an interview are approved at the first (and only) interview. Second interview is only if they really don't think the marriage is bonafide, usually the second interview is a stokes interview and those are probably not common.

Congrats to be done with ROC soon, that was quick!

Thanks. I haven't heard anything yet. Sorry for the late response. Were your papers in MCS (National Benefits)? Also, how did the interview go? Only one person need to attend or both?
