Hello fellas

Im happy almost everyone got their extension and mostly bios.

don't know if you have the same issue that Im having or not , I can not check my on line status with USCIS.

anyone has any Idea why is that so?

thank you

Hi bro,

Basically, everyone has this issue, so have a peace of mind lol try to create an account @ DHS website which is related to Homeland Security, and then plug in your receipt #. You will see that 'your case was received'

Good luck,

I’m getting extremely worried, I got my NOA on March 15th, but I still have yet to receive my biometrics. Oh man... time flew... I didn’t realize. I need to call I think.

I haven’t had mine either...I don’t think it’s too much of a big deal right now?

I hope not. I still can’t track my I-751 online as the SRC# I got with my NOA is stating it’s invalid, so aside from my physical letter, I don’t have much to go on. I heard that sometimes they don’t need a biometrics appointment?

Hello everyone ... I wasn't seeing my case show up on https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do.

Found this information at the end of the step by step guide:  https://www.visajourney.com/content/751guide/

Note on Case #'s: The case number on the NOA1 is not linked to the USCIS case update site - you have to wait for the case number that comes with the biometrics letter.

I posted this info before and several people indicated that their case numbers from the extension letter worked in the status checker.  Mine still doesn't and I haven't received any biometrics letter.  However, I did include  Form G-1145, E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance  and received a text so I'm trusting that the process is moving forward.

My wife's case number was the same on both the Extension letter and the biometrics letter.   Status says "We have received your case"

Hey all. Husband and I are finally filing taxes.

We don't want to file jointly.

Presume as we filed the two years prior and submitted in our ROC that we are free to do what we like? We submitted a substantial amount of evidence to show our lives commingling etc.

Is it normal to received this letter? But not the bio appt letter?

are you able to track your case? If yes, what number I should use to track my case?

That letter is normal if you don't need a biometrics appointment.   Yes, we can track my wife's case on myuscis.  We use the MSC number.....and it works for us.  Our current status is "We received your case".
