I-751 March 2019 Filers

My was received on the 14th at the Texas service center. The check has yet to be cashed, and I'm getting worried. Anybody has issues like me?

I received a copy of my NOA on 3/21, the original was sent to my attorney. Here is what I see when i check the case status..........

Pretty sure they send you a notice if it is waived. My husband just received his letter with  biometric appointment date today. ☺️

Think we are finally ready to send. Lord. So stressful!

 

Took everything out of the binder we had arranged it in, have it all in a large bulldog clip with tabs to divide it "exhibit a", "exhibit b".

We have a personal check for $680.

Sending to Dallas as we live in Austin, Texas.

 

Just going to stick it in a mailer I guess? Should we write my alien number on the envelope etc? Anything I am not thinking of?

This also might be the dumbest question ever, but did people write N/A for ALL questions that did not apply to them? There is like two pages we have left blank just because they are asking for information about children which we do not have, same again for questions that need to be filled in by an interpreter -- should we leave blank or write N/A?

Personally, what we did was....we put "N/A" in the 1st field for children names....then I put a mark across the address section......

I did not.  If I had, my hand would be in a sling.........but I did on page 11 of the I-751.

I didn’t.  I didn’t for the I-485 for AOS and that seemed ok. We left all those same pages blank too. I didn’t write the A# on every page either.

March filer here. When we mailed our packet, my wife wanted to place the pictures in a small photo album. I received our NOA letter, and a few days later they returned the photo album with a letter that read: We are returning an item sent in support of your application/petition, as it is in a format we cannot place in your file folder for review by an officer during the adjudication process. I'm not sure why they didn't just take the photos they may need from the album, but how did you guys package your photos, and should I resend the photos so they can be added to our application?

I simply printed our photos on regular paper.  I assume they use a document scanner to create the electronic file.

I mailed my package on Monday 03/25. 

I live in Dallas, so it arrived the next morning. On Tuesday 03/26. 

I got the text message today, Friday 03/29, with my receipt number. 

 

Fingers crossed for enough evidence and luck for no interview!
