Hey VJers,

Ok...so because I am going crazy waiting (especially with all these touches which I can't even determine if they are "processing-doing something with my application touches" or "since my application is kind of heavy it makes a good paperweight" touches... so...i called them...and got transferred to the CSC line (yes the actual service center)...and the guy was very polite and kind...asked me what the issue was...i told him i applied for I130 several months ago...and have received random touches but with no status change...and I am going crazy thinking what the problem could be...should I worry about an RFE or what??...so he asked for my case number...and after searching..he kind of paused...and was like well it is still pending as of now at this service center...and there are no RFEs so do not worry...i asked him when should i expect to hear something...he said 60-90 days... then...after another pause he asked to confirm my address...i said yes that is correct...he said just wanted to make sure "thank you for calling CSC and have a great day"...

pointless...yes...but at least i know my touches are indeed the fact that my application makes a great paperweight (no RFEs thank goodness)...but why has it been 114 days with no approval or anything??? I thought CSC's average approval time was from 90-110 days...this is driving me nuts..i was hopeless at VSC...thought getting transferred would help...and now I am hopeless at CSC...:(...anyone else have any thoughts or has heard anything...i am a february 1st filer...so those with similar timelines please offer ur opinions!!:) thanks! :) and good luck to us all... we all need it...haha...and WHY did he confirm my address...really random?!?!

whatever it takes...or how my heart breaks...i will be right here waiting for you... 636.gif

I know it's hard and no matter what ppl say the wait will still be hard. I was approved after 132 days of waiting so I know how you feel. I think the wait might be a tad longer b/c CSC is processing all those transferred petitions w/the NOA date prior to 11/13. Try to hold on a little longer. I'm sure you'll hear somethign soon.

salaam alaikum DillyD,

Dont worry cause we are in the same boat !! I updated my timeline to reflect CSC as the service center ( it has VSC orignally) and it estimated that my case should be adjudicated by May 22 07 .That was 3 days ago.Ofcourse that wasnt the case .But hopefully at the very least they'll get to our petitions sooner rather than later.
