OP said in her other post that her husband is unemployed and is living with her in Armenia, and that they will live in Los Angeles after immigrating.  Based on the totality of what has been provided in bits and pieces in both threads it looks like even if the joint sponsor is above the minimum income at $80K, there is a concern because of the high cost of living in Los Angeles and the zero income of the USC husband.  Also maybe concerns with the joint sponsor's inability to provide for this couple in addition to their own family.  Someone suggested that her husband needs to leave Armenia and find a job in the US, establish sufficient current income in the US as the key to overcoming the public charge concern, and I agree with this recommendation.

Have them scan and email the letter and take it to your interview.

they love to find other reasons to stick people in AP it seems to be common lately, we are bringing these up so that you are fully covered you have to think like a CO would think and look at your case from their perspective.

The challenge you have in the second interview is that the CO is looking at your case and sees a husband with zero income, his wife and 2 kids, and living with parents who make $80K total in Los Angeles.  That's a household of six people in one of the most expensive cities to live in the US.  They may have asked for the second interview for another reason, like a discrepancy with your joint sponsor's paperwork and affidavit of support, but if that isn't it, they are most likely worried that living expenses, health insurance, and so forth are just too much when considering $80K for all those people living in such an expensive city.  So be ready for questions about that.  As I suggested earlier, you may have to leave before your wife and 2 kids to establish your own household and your own income in the US if that's what you have to do to satisfy the CO about the public charge issue.

Were they the joint sponsor?  If not, why not?  If not. the letter looks suspicious.

they opend business this year and didnt have tax filed yet and they asked for last 3 years of tax

Something is not adding up...  Did you or did you not submit your joint sponsor's tax transcripts?  If they opened their business only this year, where did you get that $80,000 figure from?  I'm confused 😕
