HI Friends,

I have got CC on 03/28.

but screen says Just "Submitted"  for my Household member of Joint Sponsor.

I have attached images fo my CEAC screen.

They have asked for " Household member of Joint Sponsor" i-864A and other docs and I submitted.

But they have not accepted I864-A form and Proof of relationship between Her & Joint Sponsor.

They have accepted only her domicile and Citizenship proof.

I am worried as I read about they give  221G  in Interview if something happened like this.

And ask for Original Forms and stuff.

On note, Household member's income is ZERO. My Joint Sponsor and she files Tax return Jointly.

Can anyone guide on this ??

Thank you in advance.

Did you get the case complete email and update? If so you are all good.  I had documents showing submitted and so did @nastra30 and we are both case complete. Call to confirm, but if they sent you the CC notification, you’re good.

Either ways, I will advice @M@K12to call NVC to confirm and extra confirm that case is really complete and in line for interview.

Yes I agree and  that what we all should do weather we get documents qualified.

I think @M@K12 is saying she got 'documentarily qualified' email already on March 28th. @M@K12 Can you clarify?

If so, I think M@K12 is good and should just wait to get an interview date.

My advice to M@K12 is to call NVC to just to verify that you are indeed CC and in line to be scheduled for an interview.

Yes @nastra30  I got email for 'Documentarily Qualified' and wait for instruction on interview.

I'll call NVC and make sure.

Thank you.

need help if my brother is filling AOS as a joint sponsor does my wife have to fill i-864 as well or just my brothers i-864 is enough?

If your wife is petitioner then She must fill the I-864.

She is your Primary Sponsor. Regardless of her income.

Yeah if you upload it before you are reviewed it is fine. I added one thing after my other docs and it was accepted with my first documents. No RFE or checklist

What is the document and for who?  I see above you said birth certificate.

If it is your spouse's, it'll go under required docs for their portion (IV application).

If it is yours, it will go under primary sponsor/ yours, additional docs was fine for mine (accepted)

My parents are my household sponsors and their birth certificates are both under required documentation for proof of domicile and also accepted.
