You'll get notification from USCIS once your case gets transferred to NVC. It should be/will be updated on USCIS site. There are two status websites to use; old and new. It may be updated in any of one of them. Sometimes it takes USCIS  a while to actually send it to NVC even if it's approved. It could be right away, it could be in a week or two, it could be a  month. My case actually took over a month from approval to until NVC recieved it because USCIS sent it late. But usually it's right away.

Also,  you can call NVC to see if they have received it from USCIS.

I received an RFE on the 19th and resubmitted on the 19th. Still waiting.

Anyone here still waiting for a case number from February? My case my sent to NCV on February 20th but still no update. I tried calling again today and I can't even get a hold of anyone. Only get a message and the call ends....

The trick in getting through to NVC is keep hitting (repeatedly) re-dial until you get through. Then once you get through, be willing to wait 30+ minutes to talk to someone.

 Just received mine about 40 minutes ago via email. My case was received by NVC 2/22

I know I was reading....mine was earlier today but it was through an expedite request.  I'm confused though because it is being processed through the consulate

Oh okay. I just went ahead and paid my fees tonight. Will check back in 2 days to see if I can upload my docs. Good luck!
