my case was approved by uscis on march 19. how do i know my file is transferred to Nvc ? Does they update on my USCIS online account ?

You'll get notification from USCIS once your case gets transferred to NVC. It should be/will be updated on USCIS site. There are two status websites to use; old and new. It may be updated in any of one of them. Sometimes it takes USCIS  a while to actually send it to NVC even if it's approved. It could be right away, it could be in a week or two, it could be a  month. My case actually took over a month from approval to until NVC recieved it because USCIS sent it late. But usually it's right away.

old - https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do

new - https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/

Also,  you can call NVC to see if they have received it from USCIS.
