NVC will need your latest tax year transcript. Optionally (it's up to you), you can give them tax return transcripts for the recent 3 tax years. Since you filed in Dec2018, there is zero chance you'll get an interview before April 15th, 2019, so in that case you'll most likely need your 2018 tax transcripts.

thanks alot for your response .. yeah we filed our case in december 2018 and its not approved yet , so later on when nvc ask to provide tax paper we have to provide 2018 .?? right ?? But i read many people say 3 year tax is essential to provide to nvc??  i check 864 form there is a options that have you files for recent 3 years tax .

Hi Folks,

Not sure if anyone has asked about this question before but I searched in the forum with no luck.

Has anyone upload the masked tax transcripts (means the name, address and SSN are not shown in full) to NVC and Consulate and they were accepted? I called IRS and they said they can't provide the unmasked tax transcripts for immigration purpose.

TIA

Yes, NVC will require you to provide your latest tax return transcript. Optionally, you can provide them 3 tax transcripts; that's up to you.
