The wait is not bed at all. One thing I dislike is that NVC will say they need one or 2 things and and once you send it they return around asking for something else,

 

Sometimes they can be blind and ask for the same thing yiu have already send and when they realized they have it, they should say so and so not needed becuase they already have it.

 

 

one thing is the wait is not bed if Yiu miss and forget something or they need something 2-3 weeks is still not bad.

 

 

its better then waiting 3 months again.

No my friend, I received Transcripts on last Monday by Mail and I submitted them same day.

Yes. I uploaded my 2018 1040 form and they rejected it. Supposedly after the government shutdown NVC stopped accepting this form. So I uploaded my 2017 transcript and typed a letter explaining that I had only just filed my return a few days earlier and I wouldn't have access to the transcript for a while but I will make sure my husband has it at his interview (we're thinking might possibly be some time in May) and uploaded these two together and it was accepted.

The problem is you only sent the 1040.  They require the entire return which includes all schedules and forms including the W2s and 1099s.  That is why transcripts are easier.  All that is included there without all the fluff.

Ahh I see. I wasn't aware. I really hope I'm able to access my 2018 transcript for my husband's interview.

Me too.  I'm waiting for the 2018 transcript but I sent the 2017 transcript (technically my last tax return) and a copy of the full 20198 return, including the W7 for my wife.  I figure that should be adequate for them.  We will see.

Just this week.  They are all submitted but the NBI (Philippine Police Certificates) for all three and my wife's Korean PC.

No, not yet. Still waiting. I keep hearing between 2 and 4 weeks for an interview to be scheduled (from others in Morocco)

Earlier, I have included everything you mentioned, still they rejected my Return. 

I have submitted Transcript as they requested.

I do believe the NVC direction specifically state to send transcripts.  It all depends on where you look.

Agree with you. 

They are the rules maker, we have to send them whatever they ask for.
