Hello, i have recieved RFE today morning to check CEAC, everything of AOS is accepted but my marriage certificate, birth certificates and police certificate are rejected because they assume that part of the page is missing although it’s showing complete as we have it. What’s the problem at this point and how we should scan it as they want again!

Use adobe scan ... to scan it

Did you use a scanner to scan all documents? Maybe try taking them to a document scanning shop which has one of those big scanners. They have software to reduce the documents to fit on a page and also allow for sufficient borders.

We got an email last night that the Embassy has agreed to expedite our case. I just need to pay the AOS and IV fees and NVC will send the petition to the Embassy. We submitted our I-130s in September. This is amazing.

Congratulations again

Hey you guys. I got an RFE on Thursday and I've been trying to upload my documents but whenever I click on the 'Incomplete' icon to upload and see the page switches to 'Application Error'. On Friday and Saturday there was maintenance going on so I couldn't log on but today as soon as I logged on it still saying the same thing. Btw I sent NVC am email and they haven't got back to me yet.  Has anyone seen anything like this?? Is there a way I can get past this even if I tried it by accessing different browsers like Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer?? Really need your guys help thanks
