I wouldn't even dare try to order transcripts to be mailed. I tried it 3 times before the govt shutdown and I STILL never received them in the mail.

Yep, I guess at this point you just need to wait. Did you provide them 2017 tax transcripts or just uploaded 2018 w2 and form 1040?

First I uploaded 2018 1040 form and that was rejected. Then I typed a letter explaining that I had only recently filed my taxes and didn't have that transcript yet. I uploaded that letter with the 2017 transcript last Friday and apparently NVC has accepted it. I said in the letter my husband would have my 2018 transcript by the time his interview comes. I really hope it's true.

First one being that I had a message from NVC and the second one stating documentarily qualified. I don't even know if I should believe it's real, like what if its a system glitch or something. How did I even get an email about this 3 hours after NVC closed?

Its real I called them last night ny email came at 307am

We got an email last night that the Embassy has agreed to expedite our case. I just need to pay the AOS and IV fees and NVC will send the petition to the Embassy. We submitted our I-130s in September. This is amazing.

PHILIPPINES ONLY!!!  CFO (Commission on Filipinos Overseas) INFO - Can't leave home without it!

 

PDOS (Pre-Departure Registration and Orientation Seminar) is for ages 20-59.  Peer Counseling is for 13-19 years of age.

It is required to have the visa in their passport for PDOS and Peer Counseling.

 

GCP (Guidance and Counseling Program) is for K-1 Fiancee and IR/CR-1 spouse ONLY.

We sent a letter as we don't have access either but it looks like we have an RFE for it. Can't be for sure but will find out later tonight hopefully

Just a quick question, how long does it take from I130 approval to finalizing with NVC or getting an interview?

Hello, i have recieved RFE today morning to check CEAC, everything of AOS is accepted but my marriage certificate, birth certificates and police certificate are rejected because they assume that part of the page is missing although it’s showing complete as we have it. What’s the problem at this point and how we should scan it as they want again!
