Yes that happened to me on the address page too. It would time out before I could add all the previous addresses but wouldn’t let me save the page until I had added them all. But when I logged back in I found my internet browser had saved what I put in before as auto fill suggestions so by using the down arrow to select those I could do it quickly before it logged me out! Hopefully that might work for you :)

HOOREE... Just got the email with CASE & INV number but not able to login,  apparently getting error..

The selected Case Number and Invoice Identification Number combination you entered does not match our records. Please try again or contact the National Visa Center for further assistance. 

 

Whats up with this, do i have to keep trying until i get in? Please advise if you have faced the same issues. or do i need to contact them?

Supposedly it works only after a few hours after receiving the email.

When was your NOA2 date?

NOA1: Feb 13 2018

NOA2: Feb 15 2019

NVC Case Number assigned: Apr 3 2019

NVC IV Fees paid: Apr 5 2019

DS-260 filled: Apr 10 2019

IV Docs submitted: Apr 12 2019

IV Docs resubmitted: May 1 2019

Case complete: may 3 2019

Expedite requested: May 15 2019

Expedite approved: May 23 2019

Case sent to Consulate: May 24 2018

Case status Ready: May 28 2019

Interview date: June 20 2019

Interview status: Approved

They had problem too, they couldn’t give me any j formations becuase of that too.

On Friday March 15, starting at 1:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. (Washington, DC time), CEAC will not be available due to scheduled maintenance. This maintenance is expected to be completed by 8 p.m. but may be extended beyond this time. Thank you for your understanding and support.

 

Someone posted the above in a fb group.

That was there from I get my case number but forget to get the IV when I called. I have to call back in the morning.

I will make y’all laugh,pls don’t call at 7am becuase that the time I will be calling, I don’t want the phone to go busy and have to call back.🤣
