I have a lawyer who will finish this process for me, but I can help and other people can help. I may not know everything but I can share what I know.

I upload my Police certificate from Poland under additional documents as we couldn't add it under obligatory requested document section where was required police certificate from my citizenship/residence country.

 

I called NVC and they said I shouldn't currently do anything about it and my case is under ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSING... How bad it is? It is sth normal? I'm worried that they'd said we shouldn't do anything -like delete but again wait until further message.😞😞😞😡😠

I am not sure if differs from country to country but information i have gathered is.

 

Scanned Document Check List.
1) PCC copy.
2) Birth Certificate(Beneficiary).
3) 1 PP photo of Beneficiary.
4) Marriage Certificate.
5) Passport biographic page(Beneficiary).
6) 2018 Tax Transcript with W2 and pay stub with employment letter. ( latest or last three year)

7) 864 Form ( If not send it with i130)

Police clearance certificate from beneficiary country. you have check if its needed for yours or not.

Yiu find the informations by watching people dates when they received it, when they get the case number or watch when they update their timeline.

Am on the phone too, just to see what they will say lol want hear them say wait 8 weeks so I can tell them stop playing games 😄 just kidding but will see what they will say.
