Because they tired of people calling them, so they will say anything to try stop people from calling.

The Rep i talked to was so cooperative and nice mine was receiton 19 feb and the rep topd ke tht it is not necessary tht 8 weeks should complete b4 u get ur case number it could b less thn tht in most cases its 5-6 weeks time 8 weeks is max time for them to generate case number

We received an email to look into CEAC whereessage awaited that one of Civil documents were rejected but all others we ahve approved. Thai rejected document has a comment that "We are unable to accept these documents as uploaded. Please delete these documents and upload under the correct document type."?????

 

I upload my Police certificate from Poland under additional documents as we couldn't add it under obligatory requested document section where was required police certificate from my citizenship/residence country.

 

I called NVC and they said I shouldn't currently do anything about it and my case is under ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSING... How bad it is? It is sth normal? I'm worried that they'd said we shouldn't do anything -like delete but again wait until further message.😞😞😞😡😠

Was your case approved on Feb 19 by USCIS? Mine is also same date csc. Yesterday nvc still hasn't received my petition from USCIS.

My case was approved by uscis on the 14th of Feb and nvc just received my case on the 8th of March
