Guys, do i have to sent 864 filled form to NVC or upload it after i receive the case no? i have not submitted with my i130 .

been calling NVC from Monday and finally got through and got my interview date. they say the email may come in a week or so.

you upload it to NVC when you get your case number and have made your payment

Has anyone got the CASE #? where your case was received by NVC on FEB 4th? i am still waiting and they said they still have time to enter into data till April 1st as it takes 8 weeks.lol it means are they just waiting to get 8 week complete and put hands on my file?  Frustrating!!

Mjne was received February 4 too, we should be getting our case number no later then next week Wednesday or before.

 

 

they should be working on cases that was received January 30 or 31.

Rep i spoke with stated that it takes 8 weeks and they have time till april 1st midnight to enter in the data. erh..

Don’t believe what they say,  someone just said they called 2 weeks ago and the rep told them they have to wait 8 weeks, less than 2 weeks they got their case number yesterday .

 

The person case was received January 29,   That is why I said they should be working on January 30 or 31.

Yes I will  but why would they have lie about it, if they are genuinely working looking into the case, we just need honest answer.. whats up with this people. erh
