Hi, good day to everyone. I’m new to this group, just got my NOA2 on 7th, March and after briefly checking all comments, looks like NVC is another wait? I was expecting to get interview in 5 months, is it possible? Thank you!

It really depends a lot on NVC and your embassy. There seem to have been, at least with my case, a lot of unexpected delays and it looks like my interview will be about 6 months from my NOA2. Your petition still has to arrive at NVC which can take up to a month, case number 6-8 more weeks, and then anywhere from 4-8 weeks after that to receive letter. It’s hard to say at this point! Best of luck
