Nvc recently take action on my case that they have deleted my joint sponsor while they were reviewing that documents which I was submitted a month before, i called nvc but they replied that your case is in administration process wait . Is there anyone who faced same problem .

Hi,

the same thing happened with me

they deleted my joint sponsor

and I called nvc and they told me they are just reviewing the case

i asked him if i needed to upload everything again for the joint sponsor.. he said “no”

2 months later i get an email asking to upload the documents for my joint sponsor

my suggestion to you is to just upload it again now.

After case is complete how long does it take for them to schedule your interview? Does it just depend on the country your having your interview at? How long does it take for them to send you a package about health check up?

Supposedly it's embassy-dependent. Embassies with shorter wait times will have an easier time scheduling versus embassies with a long liste of people waiting. Usually the medical stuff comes with your interview letter (I think).

Thank you!  Is there a list or way to check by country? Just so I can get an estimate of how long it usually takes?  My husband will be having his interview in Seoul, South Korea.

Thank you!

Actually, I found out my embassy was not busy by asking NVC over the phone when I had called about log in issues a few weeks ago! That was how I found out. Also each country has a wait time function on state.gov for non immigrant visas so you can maybe get an idea about how busy it is.

Hi,

When your husband got CC?

I am also waiting for Seoul embassy.

It seems, average waiting time is one to one and half month in Korea.
