Finally got our case # today! Now to pay the fees and get our ducks in a row.

I know this question has been asked a million times, but for tax transcripts vs. a copy of the returns, what would be best for the Montreal consulate?

Awesome, when your case was received ?

Can you please update your page? I went to check it instead asking but it said when you get approved.

I would, but I have no idea when it  was received by NVC. I updated it yesterday with all of the information I have.

Is not must, you will wait for 3 weeks.  I have not seen any one that waited for 3 weeks except in rare cases. Case differs. Just saying what I have been seeing.

yes you right, I mean to say 2-3 weeks for case complete.

Yes I suggest that you renew his passport before the interview. Back in 2014 when I was renewing my visitors visa I had applied with an almost expired passport an got email that I need to bring an updated passport to the interview

Just wanted to give a quick update to everyone on the NVC forum. We just got our Case Complete notification by email this morning.

Took them exactly two weeks to respond (uploaded friday, 2/22), which is what I had read from some other people's experiences.

Wishing speedy approval to everyone else waiting for this stage to complete.

Hi,

Do you click this red Submit button only when you are finished uploading all the documents and want the NVC to start reviewing your case? Or do you press it every time you upload a document?

Thank you

It’s up to you if you want them reviewed at the same time you can wait and submit once

Would it be faster to get your stuff reviewed every time you upload rather than after you upload everything?
