We paid our fee march 5 and it was showing “in process” and now it shows “paid”. Does that mean that we can start submitting documents? Or it should show something else?

mine now shows paid! Paid Tuesday am 3/5/19 at 830 am.

I think it means we can start our DS260 and start uploading docs!!! woooo we moving forward now

Ohh wow🎉 I was in a shook that I didn’t expect that this early cause i have seen this day people that paid in Feb 28 and March 1 and it still showing in process for them.

I am wondering,  NVC REJECTED IRS return 2018 of both of my petitioner and joint sponsor's. They are now asking for Transcripts for both of them.

Why they rejected IT returns ???? 

Also issue is, IRS website, Telephone assistance everything is not working. How can I get transcripts ?

 

In addition they asked to add householder of my JS. I added and uploaded asked documents. But Submit button is not working. 

 

 

I don't know what to do ?

Yeah they are only accepting 2018 transcripts apparently, however, it is not mandatory to have transcripts before 2018.  You have a few options... in lieu of a 2018 transcript, you can submit a letter stating that you don't yet have your 2018 transcript or you can just include 2015, 2016, and 2017 transcripts.

okay.  Thanks mate. I'll wait till tomorrow if web start working, if not will go for letter.

yeah you can request transcripts online! Download them instantly for 2015-2017

That not how it work, that is something different,

 

 

Waiting for case and IV number,

 

January 23 is for people who case arrived at NVC, theybthe only getting their case number.

 

Waiting for case to be complete 

 

rose098 submitted the documents on February 22, which mean They have to wait 3 weeks for case complete.

 

 

so that is 2 different thing.

The transcript is a requirement for the I-864.  Too many people were only submitting the 1040 form and not the 1040 tax return which includes all forms, schedules, W2s and 1099s.  They want to see everything you send with your tax return.
