  • 03/26/19.    NVC said we should email NVC expedite an tell them we need all three done at the same time as it's a financial burden to make two trips to Jamaica for interview. Which we did now the wait begins. Son case already sent to Jamaica embassy 
  • 04/01/19.   Daughters approved for expedite and sent to Jamaica (embassy) 👌
  • 04/05/19.   Received interview date for May 10, 8am. Registered their interview and emailed Andrews Hospital to schedule their appointments.
  • 04/26/19.    Medical appointment date 8am.
  • 05/10/19.    Interview 8am approved.  🎉🎊..

  • 05/13/19.    Status changed to ISSUED

  • 12/03/21      I drove 3 hours for my interview only to be told my file wasn't there and I'd have to be rescheduled for another interview. they weren't sure if it would be possible before the holiday. He even said he wasn't sure why they didn't do both interviews that very day when i did removal of conditions interview.

  • 02/14/22.      Passed my interview. Now await oath ceremony.
  • 11/02/22.      Letter mailed with oath ceremony date and time

Finally, exactly 6 weeks later I received the kids case and invoice number. 😀. Ready for the next phase now

Yeah, i hope we can do something about it!! it just random and his good luck, unfortunately we still have to wait lets hope for the smooth journey :)

Don’t mind them yiu getting your case number sometimes next week no later no later then March 18.

Does anyone knows NVC IT telephone number? I'm getting desperate here...

 

Everything ok with AOS paid, approved payment, submitted documents. HOWEVER, we have issue with IV fee clearing in NVC stage. Paid 02/28/2019 taken out from bank account 03/04/2019 but still status "In process"😤

 

We tried to sent inquire by phone and website but system doesn't accept as says wrong applicants birth date. I submitted right one but then I decided to change month to date and date to month and it was accepted(right example 3/5/1099 wrong example 5/3/1099)

 

@Mrsamoah2019 you had also problems with payment...

@Mrsamoah2019 you had also problems with payment...

Nvc doesn’t have an IT line. If you call the number that some people posted as IT for NVC, it is actually CEAC. CEAC won’t help you because they only talk to nvc employees. (I tried) An supervisor from NVC would have to advocate on your behalf. CEAC processes the payments. Try to contact nvc snd speak to a supervisor!

Thanks for the tips. My husband tried to reach today with 3 attempts by nothing. He got to talk with employee who submitted inquire but dead end as my birth date wasn't accepted by system and he didn't had then in mind to maybe try to change it.

Looks like he didn't reach supervisor. Hopefully, he succeeds tomorrow.

 

It's so hard to wait again for stupid government mistake or glitch. Especially, if you come from Nebraska office of more than 8 month wait.

I know!! I can give you the number for CEAC IT, you could try it.  They  may tell you that since you are not an NVC employee, that they can't help you. but it's worth a try! I'll look for the number

Anybody else receive case number on March 1st and pay fees immediately, but showing payment in process still? Bank account has been debited two days now.

I called the dept of state IT....it was hard for them to do it but they ended up helping me because I kept calling and begged lol...they kept telling me it's for state employees..i wasn't hearing that...I had the same problem and it took 10 days for my portal to be fixed...now I'm still waiting on cc...basically a whole month wasted from missing marriage doc and portal errors
