What did I tell you, now sit back and try to enjoy the ride, the way its looking and if it holds your journey to your NOA2 may be a quick one the way things are going now! Congrats to you and yours.

Thanks! What do you mean? Has the timeline changed?

No time line has not changed, just the trend is very quick now. The question is will it hold like this awhile or will it slow to that 6 to 8 month USCIS time frame. 4 months 120+ days looks to be the average I see folks getting approved now!!!!! Broaden out your horizons and go to other threads read and learn and watch you'll see what I'm talking about. USCIS is fully into December 2018 now.

Hey all,

we have received NOA1 today in a text. If Visajourney is right our NOA2 may be adjudicated between July 31 and August 5. That is very optimistic I think?

Good News is that lately is kind like faster than before. But the VJ estimate is a really good tool to see where you are in the process

It does seem to be in a quicker upswing right now. I'm choosing to think of it as an optimistic guesstimate.  Hope for it to be true, but won't be surprised if it's closer to 5-6mo instead.

We got our NOA1 today too but our estimate is Aug 5-12. I'm curious what all they use for those dates since they're not the same. 🤔 (not that a few days makes a lick of a difference, just the data analyst in me wonders 🤓)

As @FaithProfessoR has so advise the timelines are picking up and we are starting to see NOA2 for December be issued. So now only between 120 and 190 days. Here are some tools to have with.

Tool Tip 1: Use the tools here in VJ to answer "when I am going to get etc. etc." question. Near your picture there is a link for your timeline. Select it and once you're on the next page near your picture  you will see "follow similar timelines" and it will populate 12 other couples who are near your dates. Scroll down and you will see a "spreadsheet" style page showing all the variables for measurement for when others are getting the same notice of approval or action.  Try it. It really works!

I followed those that were in my group to give me an idea where they were in processing so I could judge if I was ahead or behind.  It's pretty accurate, maybe within a day or so.

If you choose to follow those twelve members then you will get an email every time their status updates.

Tool Tip 2:  You can see the most recent approvals (of people who posted here and updated their timelines) here https://www.visajourney.com/timeline/monthly_filers.php

Tool Tip 3:  If you select your flag in your profile it's going to open up to a page with lots of information. In the middle upper part of the page you are going to see "Quick Links" then in the list select "Embassy Review" and you will be taken to a page where you can read what others have experienced at your Embassy and you can add your review. Once it is complete then cut and paste the URL for your review into this thread to share with everyone. This keeps the thread clean and tidy, and not only those who are here to see it but others who may not see this thread but would see your experience. A good interview will point out some of the hiccups that you experienced along the way and the highlights of your experience. These are very helpful. I am looking forward to your review and thanks for sharing.

I hope these will be helpful to you and others while you await your visa adjudication.

Well Mr. Juls801 there is enough data on VJ that you could be so busy that you forgot that you to have received an approval with a NOA2 attached.

I posted some tips above and their is Igor's list found here https://www.visajourney.com/timeline/monthly_filers.php
