As of about 5 minutes ago, you can scratch us off the list :)

Let's all hope @Elif_and_Greg hear some positive news soon so all the "Marchies" on this thread can be on their way!

Congrats to you! Time for things to roll forward!

Hey congrats, buddy!

Were you notified on the app, old or new website?

I received an email but no text.  Around the same time I noticed the app updated also.  Verified on the old site, new site not yet updated.

I'll give the NVC number a try, thank you.

As for the 866 number, that was just the number that Tand showed me. I dialed it exactly as he showed it to me and I was merely theorizing it was a bad number. He may have copied it wrong, I don't know. I'm very grateful for his help and moral support. Who's bashing the help?  Should I have known it was actually an 888 number? I'm nothing BUT appreciative of the help around here. Sorry if I led to any misunderstandings or misinformation for others.

The information that you need every step of the way from NOA2 to Embassy is in the PDF file on the first page of thread and the first post. I created this document so you wouldn't wonder, receive misinformation and that you would have it at your fingertips to use. The best thing is it's FREE.

My help here is to lead the horse to the water.... blah blah blah.

@oflyingbunnyo : I actually live 22mins away from the border of Mexico (Arizona) hahaha so that actually a funny reference! Yes I agree with you it's a tough stage for sure. This stage still has its challenges because we're so much closer to the Visa but yet still SO FAR! Lol

Yea I'm budgeting 6wks at NVC but praying for less. I saw a sample P3 letter for the country being filed for. The police report and medical check up and interview locations are 7hrs drive away from my finance. Also each one has their own wait times so I know there is potential that it will be a while. I can only hope for the best. As it stands I don't even have a case number yet nor am I in the NVC system so my fiance and I are trying to be patient though we want to get a head start on things we just have to wait a bit more.

@nosleep YAAAAAAAY!!! CONGRATS!! WELCOME WELCOME!! HAPPY FOR YOU!

@Elif_and_Greg Don't despair!! Hang I  there! It's on it's way soon. Keep remaining awesome * positive!

It was 10 o'clock tonight when my phone notified me of a status update and as of August 20th we're approved!

It feels so good I just keep reading the message over and over again. Right now my fiance is asleep in Turkey. I sent her the message and it's exciting that she will see it when she wakes up. To celebrate I decided to choose one of our engagement photos for my avatar.

Thank you to all of you who have been so patient with me and offered all of your help and support!

I know there is still more work to do, but for now I really feel things can move forward.

Congratulations!! It’s been a long wait for you. Happy you can continue on!

Yeah I'll have to start doing my research more into the consulate in Ankara. Maybe I can get a sense how of soon out they're scheduling interviews.

I’m praying it goes fast from here - I already had my medical so I feel like my clock is ticking haha

I received the hard copy of the NOA2 today in the mail and see there is a number typed above the beneficiary name that looks like Axxx yyy zzz.  Is the the "A number" that should be used in the future when asked?
