We also got an RFE. They received our reply on 07/19. What's  your RFE if you dont mind?  We got multiple.. We missed to check a box, they asked for another copy of divorce decree and  also got missing information in the form. Dont stress, your approval will come.

For us, it is our attorney mistake... She ticked the box "married' for my marital (beneficiary) status instead of single.

Hopefully i will get approved soon.

Just making conversation here since  most of the March filers have moved on to the next step.  You know this whole process is all worth while when your future wife calls you to say she got you a ticket to come see her next month, then says I hope you can get the time away from work for a few days.  Hoping the remaining "Marchies" have an awesome week as well!  Here's to a positive week ahead 🤞.

Here's to hoping you and I get our NOA2 this week!

Welcome! Your timeline appears pretty close to mine and nosleep's.

Good to know we’re not in this together haha! I thought it seemed like things were going so fast after we got our RFE but it feels like forever since that one came in now..

Still pretty quiet around here it seems.

Just now I feebly called USCIS, entered my WAC, got the automated message saying the same thing the website does. Then the automated message said in about 3 different ways, "Really, you don't need to call us. Just check your case online from now on." Kind of makes me laugh. I'm about 3 and half weeks now since my RFE response. We were hoping so much to hear something this week. I don't think it's gonna happen.

With my RFE they just wanted evidence that we met within the timeframe I said we met, and that Badoo wasn't a mail order bride site. We provided plenty of evidence for both, as well as the new passport photos that they wanted. Are these things in themselves very complex issues though as far as an adjudicator is concerned? I know RFEs sometimes is like a box not being checked off on the application. And a small thing like that even can set someone's case back a couple weeks.

Ours was bigger with documents on an arrest missing. I’m sure they’re working on yours! I feel like our case might have been fairly simple in terms of meeting and having met in the last two years as me and my fiancé were living together for almost a year so I can’t really say how big of a deal that is in terms of a RFE. But I’m crossing my fingers for you! As long as we’re there before Christmas it’ll be all good 😄

Ah you really are patient to be okay with any time before Christmas. That's cool also you got to live with your mate for so long. It was hard on us because my fiance's tourist visa was denied 2 times so she has yet to come to the U.S.

I was hoping she'd be here by September, but based on the RFE's progress so far, I'm readjusting that to October. I just hope I can still take her to Yellowstone this year before they close it up.
