Ours was accepted (NOA1) - March 15th, 2019

at the California center

But we are still waiting for NOA2  :(

I used a lawyer that is very good so I know everything was done correctly... I see others accepted at the same center after mine and already received their NOA2. My last name starts with a Z... I hope that is not playing any role lol

We are just really hoping we will get ours soon.

I am also waiting as I received my NOA1 on March 15th. I think we will hear soon!

It's an agonizing wait I know, but hang in there!!....I know exactly how you feel, but don't worry...it's coming soon!!!

Congrats, bud!

Yes, I'll be at 3 months tomorrow and I'm definitely feeling forlorn lately. I tell my fiance, that even if we get it in July, this is still a pretty quick turnaround time. But honestly, I do want and expect to get the NOA2 in June. And it feels like just my luck that I won't get it this month. I guess everyone feels that way until they actually get it.

@TandClaudia we are at the end of week 7 of a 8 week wait for her culture test. If all remains as is she travels back to Manila on the 29th June to finish up her medical (vaccines) on July 1.  After she has been cleared then I can set the interview date for the first available date in July! 13 months and I am still fighting the good fight (K1 process) it's been a rough ride, but hopefully we got it in the bag now.

@TandClaudia One day when we all make to the other side of this path, we all need to arrange a weekend meet-up.  I think the camaraderie here has been, and will be, very helpful for many of us as we progress.

Any time!  Name the time and the place.

We already met another Panama filer, and I don’t mind hopping on a plane or in a car for a weekend road trip.

I hope to be a little occupied during the month of September, though. 😊

Congrats to everyone who received their Approval and to the ones who haven’t hang in there. It’s coming. I know the feeling. It’s around the corner!!!

Well, Now that most of us have received our Approvals, what thread is next? Or will this continue to next steps aswell?

I know the usual timeline, please don’t reply with generic timeline answer.

anyone received there NVC yet?

Congrats on your approval!

Many of us have also moved onto our NOA2 - NVC threads.

Since you were approved June 2019, yours would be here. ^^

Greenbaum also has a very helpful link in the first post for you to check out on the next steps of the process.

We were just approved! I had just checked both the old and new sites an hour ago and they were still showing "case received". I received a notification on the app a few minutes ago that our petition was approved and the old site has been updated but not the new.

NOA1- March 22

NOA2- June 20
