Hi guys.

Does anyone know how often cases were shipped to the NVC and from there to the embassy?

Also, which days did they usually ship out their cases?

I think @Greenbaum said it was every 2 weeks usually every Monday or Friday or just Fridays but I can’t recall quite frankly.

Sorry if this has been asked before but I couldn’t find it

My NOA1 in old site is 3/7/19 and new site is 3/15/19...

Super nervous, should have heard something this week 😖

I am in the same boat. I was feeling like I would hear this week too. I know that there are others that are waiting and I am really hoping that next week will be our week!

yes but be patient... my fiance is trying to receive the fax since yesterday in the morning and nothing yet... bummer 😕

They said I have to wait until the end of June before I can get the RFE emailed or fax to me.  I truly hope it's something really small.

When you receive an RFE (Request For Evidence) the best way to handle the RFE is to read it carefully. Do ONLY what it says. DON"T add tons and tons of unnecessary documents. It's not needed and will NOT help your case. The adjudicator has already made up their mind about your case and if you do what they ask then they are going to approve your case. Of course if something in your past is hanging up the approval, hence the RFE then what you return will answer the question(s) that the Adjudicator has.

Ok, so I received my physical RFE notice in the mail yesterday . (my NOA1 is march 4, RFE1 june 11) . I got the initial notice online on 6/11 and received it in the mail on 6/15. Not a long wait by any means.

The RFE was for evidence of my beneficiary's  Intent to marry within 90 days of entering the United States.

Now, it says a statement is acceptable from my fiancee. Would the best option be to type a letter online, send it to my fiancee in an email and have her print it, sign it and scan it back to me? I was thinking of also taking screen shots of some conversations we have had, but I dont want to give them more than what is required. I want to keep it concise.

Did you read my response to TennillO just a few posts above concerning adding more to your response?

Yes send a letter to your beneficiary to sign, scan and return.

Would you mind shooting me the same PM I'm in the same boat. I'm on deployment and I forgot to bring all my copies of everything

The evidence and a copy of the I-129f is not needed at your interview.  The submission you made initially is now a part of your case file that the CO will be able to access electronically at the interview. Your'e fine for your interview.

I have no idea how many March people are left to process, but all I want to say to everyone is just keep on being hopeful and to not lose high spirits! This is a tough process on all of us but nobody ever said this would be easy.

Let's look at the positive! Approval times have indeed gotten shorter! so it's just a matter of being as patient as one can be! Also, this is a great time for all of us to indulge in doing many things while we wait and to inform ourselves as best as possible for what's next to come after the K-1, or other immigration topics that will come in handy.

it's hard to not get discouraged, all of us have felt like that at some point, but I also know for a fact that soon, all of us will be moving to the next stage, don't desist! and let's all just keep hoping for the very best in all this :D

We've got this you guys :joy:

I am still waiting with an NOA 1 of March 15th SUPER hopeful to hear news this week. Good luck next week to all March filers!

Technically it's still very early yet for you both, but have no fears your NOA2s will be along directly you just have to wait a bit! Hoping everyone has a good week and many more approvals abound!
