My NOA1 is March 20th, so we're very close. Incidentally I also live in Utah. We'll have to do a case-by-case comparison when we each get our NOA2. I expect mine will take a bit longer than the current average, however, considering my fiance is from somewhere iffy.

How crazy... I'm from Utah too! Congrats on your NOA2s!

Not gonna lie, it's a little bit disheartening to see that others with even later NOA1's already have their approvals... perhaps we just sent in too much info or a RFE is on it's way,  either way I'm officially not checking anything until July. Hopefully something comes via snail mail in the time.

The important thing is to not lose patience and just keep hopes as high as possible 💪!

Hang in there, it's still within a reasonable estimate.   I'm sure we all feel the same way.  Our noa1 is the end of March and almost feel like we're expecting too much to see anything before sometime in July.   Keep in mind the recent processing times are still very favorable.

There is something new every minute but I guess sticking around to learn something is beneath you. We have those who help and those who take. Which are you? I'm sure you'll be the first to yell for:help:! Nothing to see here, move along 🧹🧹🧹

Hi All,

Alight, so I decided to post on here to contribute because I too check this site everyday. I have a NOA date March 15th and the estimate for the NOA 2 is "Any Day Now". I too am being highly optimistic that we may hear something this week and feel that hope is important in a process where we have no one to check-in with other than this community. It seems to have slowed down in the past week, BUT I am optimistic y'all, lets hope for some BIG action this week!

My VJ estimate has changed to "Any Day Now" as well. We're hoping to get an update this week. *FINGERS CROSSED*

Nice post.  Yes, this is surely an emotional process.  I am glad we have this community where we can share all of this.

Many of my friends have had long distance relationships in the past within the US but can’t even fathom the complexity of this k-1 process and all the other processes that lie ahead and the stress it causes.

Thanks for sharing.  🙏

Definitely an emotional process, more so than I ever imagined it would be.  There are good days and bad and we just have to take each as they come.  This site helps in strange ways for me.  Even as we wait, and keep up with times and estimates, it's actually kind of nice to see others post about their approvals.  I'm happy for those who move on to the next step in this emotional process.  I'm sure we all share in their excitement and just have be patient and realize our day will come too.

Hey!

I just wanted to let you know that we got approved today!

NOA1 March 4th

NOA2 June 11st

The new website still shows ‘case received’, the old website shows ‘case approved’, the App as well, that is connected to the old website.

We didn’t expect it and that makes it even better!

Congratulations.  It's now time to move over to the May 2019 K1 NOA2 to NVC thread. Download the pdf file from the first page first post.  Lots of tips tricks and hacks to use for the next phase.

Congrats! Nice to hear a March filer this week got their NOA2. Also goes to show you how each case is different. I thought as early as March 4th, and your fiance is in Germany you would've been one of the faster ones. It's definitely important we all keep in mind that these timelines are but averages.
