Praying for a busy day full of approvals for all of the March filers!

Hopefully things get busier.  I don't think the online updates have been working recently and people are only finding out when they receive their hard copy.  This may be why we haven't seen many updates yet this week.  I did receive a message on the tracking app over the weekend that said they were doing system maintenance.  It seems like they may still be having some issues with getting updates online.

Got a notification about RFE from the new site, from yesterday's date :(. The old site still shows Case was received... I suggest my printed airline tickets and photos weren't good enough. I didn't keep any boarding passes from the two trips I did before I submitted the I-129F. I wasn't a US citizen at that time, so I entered Ukraine as its citizen, therefore no passport stamps either. We do have passports stamps from a third country (Georgia); not sure if that's enough...

I had another visit after I submitted the petition, and I kept everything from that one. Does anyone know whether it is OK to submit evidence dated after the petition date, for RFE purposes?

Also, if you received email information via email from airlines for past trips I assume that would be ok. Just a thought.

Good luck!

Hi what is the new site?

Old site (also the data source for all 'USCIS case tracker' apps): https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do

Newhttps://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/ (you have to create an account and add your case # to it)

Neither is more reliable (and it's very possible you won't see anything on either, and will have to just wait for the physical mail). For a while it looked like they were phasing out the "old" site, but that trend seems to have reversed itself and there are still lots of cases that show up on only one (or much earlier on one than the other).

We can't opine on which is more accurate. Your mileage may vary.

Thank you so much! Kind of figured it might not be any more accurate than the one I’m using already, but just for curiosity purposes 🙃

Hey guys! I haven’t posted anything on here yet but I’ve been following this thread. Is it recommended to call the USCIS number if your visa journey timeline estimate has already passed? Our NOA-1 was from March 4th and our estimate was that we’d hear between May 28-June 4 but nothing yet. Thoughts?

Don't want to make you feel bad, but my NOA1 is 03/08 and we haven't heard anything from the USCIS yet. Fiancé even called today and they said the same thing that's on the Case Status page. (vent) I know how everybody says "don't get anxious, let it happen etc" but the anxiety is eating me alive with people with the NOA1 after mine getting their NOA2s. (/vent ended). ANYHOW, I hope you get yours soon!

I know how you feel! Ours was from March 4th and we are impatiently waiting. My fiancé is from Brazil too

It wouldn’t hurt to call. I had luck with getting a live (and friendly) person immediately when I called at 7am CST.

I hope that you receive good news.
