Honestly, we sent it off the 14th of March, they received it the 18th and got NOA1 by the 22.

I highly doubt that we would get anything by next week according to VJ estimates , it just seems to good to be true hahaha.

So my mind is set on hopefully getting something by late June to early July or perhaps Mid-June, if it's a RFE at least they touched one's case so better be grateful

My NOA1 is March 20th, so we're very close. Incidentally I also live in Utah. We'll have to do a case-by-case comparison when we each get our NOA2. I expect mine will take a bit longer than the current average, however, considering my fiance is from somewhere iffy.

I agree with your point of view about geo-political issues that are completely beyond our control.  I also try to look at the comparisons on a case-by-case basis and realize it may take a little longer.   Sometimes I feel like we're just pawns that have no choice but to be persistent and pursue the lives we aspire to live.

Good luck to all of us.

Mail. New and old website are not updated. And I didn’t receive an email or text even though I had signed up for notifications.

Same for us - NOA1 was March 8 and just received NOA2 in the mail dated May 29!

If you have just received your NOA2 this is the next thread you should be in. Down load the PDF on the first post in this thread for tips, tricks and hacks. Before you ask a question check their first as it may have already been answered. That's why it's there.

wow, the world is small indeed haha! We most definitely have to compare NOA2 dates & follow both cases side by side, I don't think Turkey is that iffy as perhaps other more difficult countries. With CR I just... well, idk to be honest 😂 I'm just hoping for the best

OH MY GOD, that is SO EXCITING! Congratulations! Was your case received March 11 or is that the actual notice?  Because if that's when they received it then people from the 12-22 of March should be seeing approvals very soon hopefully! Fingers crossed 🤞!!

It would go so much better for you folks if you would stop comparing your cases and dates. That's what's eating you alive. Cases stand on their OWN merits and NO two cases are alike as no two adjudicators are alike. I know this is easier said than done, I used to do it myself it's just natural to compare with other folks similar like your case, but it only breeds stress and anxiety. Try it see if you can get through a day without comparing. March is rolling now so it's only a matter of time!!!!!

So hard when you people getting approved with dates near yours and from the same country

Yes it is very hard to look at, but again no two cases are the same, no two adjudicators are the same. How can you base your case on another couple even if they are from the same country you are from. If you try not to do it  or even cut down you'll feel much better. You are going to need all your faculties about you once the time comes as your Embassy is particularly difficult so why not focus on your own case and it's merits?
