Congratulations! Did you get a notification, checked on website, or was it paper mail?

My NOA1 has receipt date 3/1/19, but notice date is 3/6/19. The old site shows the former date, and the new site shows the latter 🤔 Anyway, it's getting close!

It was paper mail. can you please send me the link for the old and new site?

Always lead with love ❤️

I'm in a similar boat.  My receipt date was March 7th and that shows on the old website.  My NOA1 notice that I received in the mail has a date of March 12th.

Thanks @MarissaKyler

The more I think about it, the more I think that mine will take a while.  My packet was thick as hell and the USCIS officers are probably trying to avoid it.

I included:

  • A cover sheet (table of contents LOL)
  • I-129F
  • Entire Divorce Decree and MDA (all stamps and signatures)
  • Court Certified disposition from a Criminal Charge from 1996
  • Tinder Terms and Conditions (overkill, I know)
  • Letters from 2 witnesses to our meeting and relationship
  • 2 pages of photos together and 1 page of video chat screenshots with me, her, and my son
  • 1 page of photos of gifts and her engagement ring
  • A receipt from her English classes
  • 5 pages of text message screenshots
  • Passport and all pages with stamps
  • A letter explaining why I don't get a passport stamp every time I enter Panama.
  • A letter of intent to marry
  • Passport style photos

Based on the information that I have seen, the Panama consulate likes to see proof of relationship evidence, and since we hadn't been together for a long time, and she is not Panamanian, I wanted to front load the I-129.

Not a factor unless poorly organized.  Don’t worry it will be fine.

Thanks! I did my best to organize it for that very reason so I'll sure they'll be able to find everything they need.
