Had a minor setback.  The system was down at the embassy and they had to cancel her passport appointment.  They are telling her that she has to reschedule it online.

It's frustrating, but I have to think that everything happens for a reason and things will work out in God's time.

Figured out I was in the wrong group this whole time! (Accidentally in the February group) My fiance and I sent our petition on Feb 22nd and received our NOA1 on March 19th. “Patiently” waiting for our NOA2 with the rest of you! Curious if anyone else is pregnant in this group?? I’m 40 weeks 6 days pregnant with our first. Just wondering if anyone else is in a similar boat? (I’m very aware that this doesn’t make a difference in our application, just wondering if there are any other couples who are expecting)

Are you aware that once you give birth and I assume you want the baby to travel with you. If that's the case then you will need to get a passport and complete CRBA for your newborn.  More on this at the embassy website for your country.

Hello! I just found this website and thought I’ll join here.

My fiancé and I got the NOA1 on March 4th. Now we are patiently waiting for the NOA2. We were assuming that this won’t happen until late summer/ start of fall.

Now I was looking through the February’s, and saw that some of them got already approved. I can’t wait to finally have a positive reply!

I realize things can change quickly and it's unlikely, but it would be a nice surprise if we received our approval next month.  We have had existing plans for a trip and it would be a welcome coincidence if we were to learn about this while together.

I can't lie.  I was excited to see someone with an NOA1 date at the end of February get an NOA2 today.

We have a few different things going on, and some of them require overlapping documents.  Chasing these down has helped with killing time and nothing thinking too much, but now we are running out of things to do.  LOL.

So far, we have done:

Passport appointment

Vaccinations and Blood type

Police Certificate (good for 6 months)

Birth Certificate

Father's Death Certificate

Mother's Cedula

Original Divorce Certificate

She has a copy of the I-129F that I filed

She has additional supporting evidence (lease agreement with our names, photos together since we filed, my passport stamps, and receipts for English classes)

Is there anything else that we could be gathering or doing right now?

You may want to compare and contrast what you have against these links and why not join your sub forum for your country where you'll get a better response. Asking people for so many different embassies does you know good because what's required one is not required in another. Same as you. Get the P3 letter from your embassy and follow along. His is going to be the same as yours.  Normally they will speak about K-2 either separately or along with your instructions with a side not for K-2's.
