Thank you for your quick help, you truly deserve a life time of fruit baskets. I understand there are multiple USCIS locations.  Which do you recommend I send this information to?

Got the case # today, hopefully we're set for the 30th! 🤞

Congrats.  We were hoping for the P3 letter from the embassy today but that was a no go 😭.   The embassy received our case on 4/5/19 so I have no idea why we still haven't gotten anything.  We are starting to go a little crazy, every time we call them they just forward us to a phone that is never picked up.  We left a voicemail last week but still haven't gotten a reply.  I hope this process gets better by the time your packet gets to them because this is no fun.

Thank you. And wow... That's very unusual for our embassy. Have you mailed them? Couple of months ago I had a question about k1 visa so I called the embassy and I was told to call back from 2pm to 2:30pm to talk to an immigration officer. I called, it went thru right away, got to an officer speaking Serbian even tho I chose English. He was very polite and answered all my questions even tho at that time we have just sent our I-129f to USCIS. Maybe try calling at that time, try to get thru an immigration officer. Hope it gets there soon!

I am trying not to get too upset with myself.  As I said before, I put my fiance's bday incorrectly in our i129 como una gran tonta.  I followed  @Greenbaum 's guidance and sent a letter with an image of my fiance's birthday though my package has already been received by the NVC 😭.  I called the NVC again to ask what I should do just do be safe, who told me to send the an image of my fiance's passport as an inquiry.  They also told me that if they do not process my inquiry before my petition gets sent to the embassy in Colombia that they will have to fix it there.  If that happens, my question is, how would I go about it? Calling the embassy I assume? bahhh whyyyy.  I have not idea how I put in his bday as the 12 instead of the 7th like I know his bday I have celebrated it for the past 3 years.

This is an easy fix. When the beneficiary has the interview they can have the CO update the incorrect birthdate. Things like this happen all the time and are updated once at the interview. It's not a big deal and won't get you denied. Your fine. Everything will be ok. You are on track to getting your visa. Did I mention your OK? :D

@Greenbaum You are the best thank you so much.  Another question-  Should we go ahead and fill out the DS-160? I imagine I should wait for the embassy to receive our info and send the package before paying the fee and making thew interview? Because I saw that some did it before?  I have tried to find these answers but I am technologically challenged- the limits of my expertise are backpacking and teaching children art.

Your Welcome.

Once you have been approved with a NOA2, then you can proceed to complete the DS-160. You can pay your interview fee but you must wait till your record is set to "ready" to book your appointment. Refer to your P3 letter concerning when and how the medical exam can be completed. Start gathering all the other items required for the interview. Mostly the I-134 "stuff".
