You say you are looking for your case to go to HK but your profile shows Indonesia so I am a bit confused. Your profile should reflect the country that you will interview in. Our response to your questions will be based on your profile questions and not where you live.

Further to DHL. So far we have not been able to confirm a certain case is in the batch that is in the DHL shipment. I only added the HACK so that you can have "fun" and that in no way is it "factual" to anyone person. It's just a fun thing to follow. That's all it is meant to be. So have fun with it but don't think it reflects your personal experience with the path that your case is taking. But, having said that I believe that you will see when it arrives in HK and then a few days later you will see your ceac status change to ready.

Do you need the P3 for Indonesia or HK?

Sorry for the confusion. It’s for Indonesia, and when I checked DHL today shipment is currently reached Hongkong, expecting to arrive Jakarta tomorrow. Thanks I already kept P3 for Indonesia given by you weeks ago, we got all documents ready plus IRS and my fiance will send out via Fedex to Indonesia today. Thanks a lot for your help.

Scheduling the interview can take 1 to 3 months. Once you pay the $265 visa fee at GTB Bank, you can go online to schedule an appointment at www.ustraveldocs.com You can get the forms online at http://nigeria.usembassy.gov/immigrant_visa_forms.html No need to go to the consulate to pick up forms. Download forms if unexpired or get current versions of same forms. Email LagosIV@state.gov for your interview date.

Wet signatures are no longer required for I-134 for your Nigeria interview. You are able to send in scanned documents.

Thank you so much for all you do @Greenbaum

Take the NVC letter with the MNL# and start your process. Don't schedule your interview till you see your record set to "ready" condition. You can complete the DS-160, medical, pay the interview fee and get your NBI and CENOMAR along with CFO out of the way.

Thanks, @Greenbaum for being so helpful and informative always 🙂

Can my fiance fill my DS-160?

Divorce is for th ok se who were married before.  Beneficiary and petitioner can work together but the beneficiary must be the one who electronically signs AND submits. That's a requirement. You'll read about it in the instructions.

Do you have a telecode that represents your name?: A telecode is a 4-digit number that represents alphabet characters. These are used in countries that use non-Roman alphabets. For other countries, check the box that says “No.”

You answer "No".
