Aww what a little sweetie! Hopefully the journey goes smoothly for both of you. Its a shame about your other dogs, but I'm sure they'll be happy with your mum!

I'm transporting my yellow lab. However we had to opt out of flying as she's epileptic, so instead she's going on a cruise with my fiancée at the end of April haha.

Lol i debated doing the cruise with the dogs... but Jamie is my old boys grandson and was given as an early wedding present because we knew the 2 old boys would stress them out to much with travelling... billy the oldest is losing his sight and hearing so just wouldn't be fair on him. I was laughing the other day at the cost to transport my dog 3x what its costing me and my son to fly out lol

Bless them, but you know your babies the best, so I'm sure whatever option you would have picked would have been the best one for them.

The cruise has definitely cost umus a little bit, but my fiancee didn't mind paying for it espacially if it meant that I wouldn't fee so lonely for the first few months. However I agree that the price it extortionate... Doesn't help that my lady is a big dog, it essentially meant we had to pay for two kennels to fit her comfortably.

When are you looking at making your trip across, should everything go smoothly?

Ahh mine are tiny tiny but still a fortune lol...  we are hoping to go the 24th of may... my furniture is shipping out on the 20th so should arrive a week after us... then my dog will fly the morning and we will about 3 hours later... different flights due to BA being over priced to fly out...

When are you going and when's your medical etc

I have 3 but my 2 old ones can't fly :( but going to live with my moms who are a show kennel

They might be a fortune but they're worth every penny haha.

But that's so exciting, seems like you have pretty much everything sorted, just a few final things to finish off. When's your medical?

I have my final exams from 30th April until 20th May so I have to be here until after that. I booked my medical for 29th April, so I'm hoping to have an interview sometime on May and fly out early June. Can't believe how fast everything is going now!!

Our NOA2 is 22nd as well. Hey this is nothing compared to the wait in uscis, it will get there soon enough, keep yourself occupied with getting everything else ready and the time will fly by... Positive thoughts ❤️
