I have made 2 trips since engagement so i have passport stamps and photos which i believe trumps text messages and call logs

Maybe I gave you the requirements for USEM, but I assume that you should have to prepare an Affidavit of support in case they ask for it. Yes it's better you go through with what your embassy requires. Plenty of folks that are going through the Jamaican embassy so getting that information is not going to be difficult. Try the Jamaican portal too.
