I've done a little research for your consulate. Here is what I have found. Immigrant visas to the United States are processed for citizens and residents of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan at the Consulate General in Almaty.

I also checked our case online and it has weird annotation below (see it attached), which doesn’t apply to k-1 as far as I know. Please share your opinion if you faced with that too.

They no longer require the NOA readiness form. You have a lot of question and those questions are now dealing with what happens at your embassy. I would highly recommend not ask questions from people from all over the world that are applying in different countries with different procedures whereupon you could get the wrong answer causing a "screw up".  I would recommend that you read through the links below and most certainty move over to the London thread and ask those who are doing just what are doing but with London questions.

Ok, will do! My fiancé started preparing documents for affidavit of support, but since there aren’t many filers from Kazakhstan/Kyrgyzstan, we don’t know what documents exactly they might request 😕 I don’t want to wait until we get  our P3, because I want to have everything ready ASAP, so I guess he will send me everything 🤣

Ignore those instructions as they pertain to an immigrant visa (IR-1/CR-1) and you are a K-1. Everyone gets this notice.

The best recommendation I can make is slow down! You are more apt to make a mistake and further delay your visa if you were just wait till you have the P3. The P3 is there for a reason and that is so that you bring what they are looking for and in the form that they require. If not you will cause a 221(g) and a 3-6 week delay after the interview. But hey, it's your visa. Do as you want and not listen to reason.

We didn't receive an email (as stated on the first page, not everyone receives one). But I heard that they email you package 4 (well, in Amsterdam they do). Are they gonna ask me to update my email when they send me Package 3? Because I dont think NVC updated my email.
