Yeah I got the same email on March 19 that they still havent received my case. I guess calling is more reliable.

@Jaimee Camille I guess we were not in the same batch, I called to find out the received date and it was 3/20, nevertheless, it's all good!

Hey @Sarge2155 i called again thinking maybe my case number came. But the guy told me it was received at the 19th instead of the 18th haha. Just a day off. Still good news and we are just a day off 😀

Ahh that was a good move to call because when we call its morning so NVC is just getting started so the next day when you call they will have had the whole prior day to work. You are going to call everyday correct?
