Fiancee arrived  on August 30th, this first portion of the Visa journey is now officially over as the K1 is no longer  any good. Can't  say it been fun, but I can say it's  been a long  ride. Here's  to the next portion of the journey. Getting married on September 12th.

Congrats Sarge and Mrs. Sarge!!

Finally done...

Finally after waiting 3 and a half months for our 2 year rule to expire we were able to go in for the interview on Tuesday and got approved. Now just hoping to receive our visa before the Chinese National Day holiday begins.

Yes, this holiday is bad timing for us also.  We're hoping to schedule our interview but waiting on P4.

Hello,

I received my NOA2 on 09/10/19,  got to NVC on 9/30/19 and called today on 10/10/19 and got a NVC case number.  I read you can hurry the process by completing the DS-160, pay the fee and register for interview at CDJ.  Should I do that or wait and receive info from embassy?
