Please does anyone still have their status on we received your case/ fingerprint fee received? This is driving me crazy, I had my biometrics done since 04/18 and no update so far

It was the case for me. Never saw any updates even after we had biometrics done. After calling, and specifically complaining to them about status not changing it changed to "Ready to be scheduled for interview" I have no idea if my call contributed to the update or not. EAD and AP still just say "Application Received" even though I see for EAD many other people have "Fingerprint review completed"

It is just crazy! I’m sure I’ve called them more than 3 times and they told me they received my fingerprints already and I should just wait for processing time.

Yes, I’m still on that status also, did my bio on 04/12. I called once and he said he could see it was done but no status change since then. It’s frustrating but it will change soon enough God willing!

Hi guys,

We just had our interview 2 hours ago in Fresno, CA. The officer was pretty nice, I was a little nervous my husband was not, he told us that it was going to be easy and I should relax lol.

He started asking about my basic info name, DOB, parents name, etc.

He asked all the yes/no questions in the i485 form and then he asked how, where and when we met each other, when our relationship changed and why, when we decided to get married and then he asked for any kind of evidence that we have together like utility bills in both of our names, lease or whatever we had. He also kept some pictures that I printed.

It was pretty easy and fast, it lasted maybe 20/25 minutes.

I didn’t get approved on spot, he said he still needed to do some more background checks and I should check for updates in the website online. But he also gave me a paper in which it says it can take up to 120 days for them to give you a response.

Hopefully we know something soon. 🤞🏾😅

Congratulations for this step. I pray you get a positive response soon. The rest of us waiting will see progress in our case by God’s grace!

Hi guys when can someone start checking his AOS status after submitting all required documents?

As soon as you have a receipt number for your case. The receipt number will be in your NOA (notice of receipt) or you may receive it by text message/email if you filed form G-1145 with your AOS package...

If you have the receipt number you can use the following websites to check you status:

  1. https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do
  2. https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/

or you may call 800-375-5283

October 2018 applicant here... most times the system doesn't update to "Fingerprint review was completed" and it just goes from "Case was received" to "Case was approved".

And try not get too anxious... it's like a lottery, some people get it in 3 months, other people get it in 8 or more...

New card is being produced . Glory to God !

My green card interview was today .  The IO didn't ask for any of the things we brought from home ( original documents and copies , 2018 tax return and pay stubs , SS cards , joint  bank account , joint credit cards and some pictures )  She was polite but kind of indisposed , I 'd say . Had a translator . At the end she gave us a paper " case under review " and escorted us out . Didn't say anything about conditional green card . She said to expect a decision in 2 weeks by mail . We were disappointed .

At home when I  checked  my status online it says "New card is being produced "

Congratulations!!! :)
