I know i am so stressed 🥺

Honestly, I'm happy for everyone who already got their interview. I'm trying not being jealous really. But this whole process is totally unfair. Some people had RFIE at the beginning and they already had or will have they interview soon and some others who had the same kind of RFIE haven't heard anything yet...

Also, there are many filers from November who are still waiting for their EAD

You know, I don't care if my interview will be only next year but PLEASE at least give us that freaking EAD so we will be able to make money for ourselves and for the USA too!!! Am I asking too much???

@Romei we are all stressed up. I feel frustrated and stuck up in limbo since I don't even know when a decision would be made on my RFIE which I USCIS received my response since February 12. I am so sad to see even April filers getting updates and I am still stuck at "RFIE response received"

I don't think you are being jealous. The reality is that USCIS is somehow being unfair to some of us. It looks like the applications are not process in the way in which they are received. There are even some people from August and September who are still waiting for this ead approval or even case is ready to be scheduled for interview.

This  is sad because we are going through this frustrations. I am somehow beginning to feel unhappy here in this country because I don't understand why we legal immigrants have to wait 5 to 7 months or even beyond to get ead.

At least I had my job without any difficulties until I decided to move to join my husband just because of some vital reasons.

There is someone in the November thread and she has the same field office as I have. She and her husband are still haven't heard anything about the EAD. Knowing this makes me more frustrated because they filed almost 6 months earlier than my husband and I did.

Let hope we get updates. Wishing us all luck.

I filed for an inquiry when I hit 84 days since rfie response was received by USCIS. Today I am at 97 days of rfie response to them And I will call them back when I hit 100 days.

Because I believe if it wasn't for this RFIE, I might have been scheduled for an interview by now.

Indeed it does sucks.

there  is even someone from the October filers who just received rfie the beginning of May. so the person concluded that hr application was not touch by any immigration officer since October she filed. Frustration upon frustration
