Honestly not sure from what I’ve been reading it’s a 50/50.

Just keep checking the status, I wouldn't be surprised if in a day or two it changes to "Card is being produced" Then again, I wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't change at all, and card just shows up couple of week later!

Hopefully new trainee being there means USCIS bring more people on board to help handle the case load before the whole immigration system get Trumpified.

Congrats in any case!

EAD/AP Combo card came in the mail today! 1.5 weeks til interview - just a little bit more prep to produce all the supporting evidence.

Another quick question about the interview notice: It says to provide "All documentation establishing your eligibility for Lawful Permanent Resident status." This seems kind of redundant, no? If I'm bringing a copy of our entire AOS package, along with originals, that seems to be what they want, right?

2019-03-19: AOS concurrent filing (I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131) sent; AOS from F-1 Visa

2019-03-21: AOS package received

2019-03-26: All NOA1s received (dated 3-21)

2019-04-05: Received biometrics notice

2019-04-08: Walk-in biometrics completed

2019-04-10: Received email that case is ready to be scheduled for an interview

2019-04-16: Received email that interview was scheduled

2019-05-28: Green card approved at end of interview; email that case was approved received shortly after!

2021-03-06: I-751 package sent (delivered 03-09)

2021-04-02: $680 personal check fee cashed

2021-04-06: I-797 NOA (18-month extension letter) received, dated 04-01

2021-04-13: Fingerprints applied to I-751 case

It is generic text not something custom fitted to your specific situation. Bring the original, just remember to not leave them there!

We took them literally with that comment. We brought every shred of paper that we had saved pertaining to our immigration journey thus far. It was a good thing that we did, the IO wanted to see the original of my divorce decree (I had sent a copy, as per instructions, with my I-129F visa petition almost a year before.) Thankfully I had the original and a color laser copy for comparison and his records.  We dodged that RFE, and my family's AOS was approved.

Good luck on your interview

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)

"Si vis amari, ama" - Seneca

Probably a silly question, but I'm compiling additional evidence of a bona fide marriage for the interview, and I was curious, how should I organize the (copies of) documents/evidence for the interviewer? Stapled (or is that frowned upon since you weren't supposed to staple the original AOS application)? Binder clip on top with sticky flags indicating each new piece of evidence? Something else?

So I am an extra person, I made a binder and used the sleeve protectors and inserted each item into a sleeve and labeled each section so it was easy to find. I wouldnt staple but I don't think it would be a problem if you did. Binder clip crumples the page so I wouldn't do that either. Sticky flag could work though!

Thanks! Sounds like there isn't any "right" answer. Just make it presentable and easy for them to find items.

Oh this is good to know they send Courtesy letter early on. Gives me hope that we won't have to deal with it despite some uncertainties with our DS-3025 (They checked the box she refused vaxxies)

I've got the Courtesy letter on the same day with my biometrics appointment letter. It's a yellow paper and it says that you have to bring the Medical exam form to the interview. It was about 3 weeks after my NOA date.
