Hi all! Needing some advice. My husband and I filed my AOS packet (i130, i485, i765, & i131) last month. It arrived at the PO Box on 2/27.  Today makes exactly two weeks and we have not heard anything. Checks have not been cashed, no emails, text, or letters in the mail. I'm really trying to be patient, but getting a little worried after reading both February and March's threads. It seems that most people received something just after a few days. I know everyone's case is different. Am I just being impatient?!

Should I contact someone? If so who?

Hmm, it's a bad sign when the check hasn't been cashed yet.

Did you do Return Receipt on the package and are sure that someone actually signed for it and picked it up? And for the check, do you have a copy of it and can confirm that it was for the correct amount ($1225) and made out to U.S. Department of Homeland Security?

Hey, something similar happen to me, we sent our package on Feb 12th and was received on Feb 14th by the lockbox. They withdraw money from our account on March 7th, nearly 3 weeks after delivery. So be patient, I would recommend you send an Email to the lockbox ( LockboxSupport@uscis.dhs.gov ) and see if they received your application and  processing..etc. I did a day before they cashed our cheque..not sure if it was coincidence or not. Good luck!

There's an email that's for lockbox (LockboxSupport@uscis.dhs.gov). You can try to email them but you might get one of those "wait for 30days before inquiring" reply. It does somewhat mentioned in the uscis website

Wait for another week. If receipt notices are not yet received within 3-4 weeks call their 800 number.

Yes, checks had the correct amount and I also received recipient signature. Hoping there is just some type of delay and receive something this week.

Just checked USPS tracking and it said delivered - picked up by individual from the postal office - is that right? Just want to make sure it has definitely got there!

Did not receive the letter yet as it was mailed to me on 11th march but i was just wondering .. how can we recieve a RFIE before our biometrics appointment letter

Don't worry about it until you receive the letter. Provide whatever they requested. What are the documents you provided?
