I’ve posted here the list of things you can bring to prove your marriage is real, if you click previous I’m sure you’ll find it! It’s on page 74!!!

Everything in that list is what I’m bringing as well as the stuff listed obviously on the interview letter which I have also posted on here

Hey thanks, I noticed you posted that a few days ago, it is pretty much what I assumed it is needed. Aside from the basic stuff (photocopy of what was sent and photos) we don't have that many documentation to bring. Possibly only some bills on both our name and bank account, not being able to get the SSN when I arrived has limited me in getting more "marriage proof" documentation. I was mostly curious as how I stack up to most of you guys. I think I should be fine anyway.

Our case was updated this midnight into “ready to be scheduled for an interview”.. I know it might take a while again but I’m still thankful that we didn’t get an rfe specially that I didn’t send any evidence other than me added on his health insurance and on his affidavit of support, I only included 4 of his recent paystubs and I’ve read that most applicants send 3 or 6 months.

I just saw that my field office processing time has been changed from 14,5 months to 13,5 months.

What great news, right? 😂

Mine reduced from 10.5 months to 6.5 months. We are getting there right? My status hasn’t changed from “we received your case” since I had my bio done 18th April.

Local office and service centre is in the same building: Pittsburgh, PA

Los Angeles has been changed from 18 months to 11 months as well!

A friend of mine and his wife live in Phoenix. They are just going to send the package to Chicago this month. We all got surprised because Phoenix used to be one of the fastest field offices and it's been changed too. Phoenix field office now 20 months to 22 months!!!!

How frustrating - I still haven't received any word that USCIS has received our EAD expedite supporting evidence documents, even though we sent them to their fax line on the 16th. I just re-faxed them today.... I also contacted Congress, and while they said they would update me with developments / cc me on correspondence, I haven't received any updates there either.

(In fact, we haven't even received the letter requesting supporting evidence yet, and it's been nearly 3 weeks. We were able to get the information by calling initially, but just don't have the time to be on hold for 2+ hours to find out more since we both work).

Our status for the I485 is "Ready to be scheduled for an interview" since April 8th. Did you check online is it updated to "Interview was scheduled"?

However, in this March forum, someone had an experience with an interview letter in his mailbox and the online status didn't even show that the letter is coming.

Also, it can be a Courtesy letter if you didn't send the Medical exam with your package.

Yeah, I checked all three just now and they are all Ready to be scheduled for interview & case received. I’m guessing it’s RFE or a courtesy letter like you said. Will find out later today 😕

You don't have to be worried about a courtesy letter. It will be a yellow paper and it will just say that you'll have to bring the medical exam to the interview. I've got one too a few weeks ago since I didn't file the Medical exam.

I don't think that's an RFE because your online status should show that. The website doesn't show anything about the courtesy letter because that's just to inform you about your Medical exam and it will be on a yellow paper.

Your timeline is not filled so I can never remember what visa you are adjusting for. You are not K-1 are you? I do not believe K-1 have to file medical.

Nope, I'm not adjusting from K1, like a few other people in this thread and if you are not from K1, you don't have to send the Medical with the AOS package it's okay to bring it to the interview.
