I think it was me? I called 1-800-375-5283, then 1, 1, 1, then enter case number (starts with 672 probably) after you listen to information about the case, press 3. (There is no voice prompt to press 3, it is hidden option)

I didn’t key in my receipt number just so I could talk to the representative. My status is also the same (case was received) since I had biometrics and even after calling them. I will call again after 45 days from my biometrics if it remains the same .

Thanks so much for the info! I was able to speak to someone but they told me that my aos case is in normal processing times, (which I knew and didn't ask about). So I emphasized again that I wanted just to double check if they received my biometrics since the website didn't update yet, not to check on the whole case. She just said that biometrics are a part of the whole aos processing time so what she said before is valid. This time I asked if she's not able to see on there if they got my biometrics and she just said yes to that. Honestly it felt like she'd say anything at that point to get me off the phone 🙄

Yes, you have to be explicit to them about what your question is. And yes of course it all could be avoided if their online status system worked as designed. Instead they spend money recording robo messages about how "You can see same status online as what we tell you!" reality be damned.

we sent our AOS packet for Adjustment from K1. it was delivered April 12th and as of today we haven't heard anything from them..no emails... no texts... no cashed checks.... no rejections..... nothing at all.

So we are in the same bought.. I know it's hard not to panic and overthink it... but know u are not alone...we are going through the same emotional roller coaster.

I know @lawrencejay7 for example is in the same boat with us last I checked.

Fingers crossed we all hear something soon.

Same boat here.... Hopefully we'll get news soon

We didn't sent any of that in AoS because it is not requested, and because we really didn't have it. Need to have SSN for joint account etc. We will have it for interview obviously, but frankly I am not worried about that part, as we do have bona fide relationship.

When my husband and i opened the account i didn't have to provide ssn...was in Us Bankif that helps u fyi

That's the thing, I was specific the first time and just asked about the biometrics and nothing else. She told me to wait while she looks at my case and then she started talking about the green card instead.. And agreed!
